Eiga Sai 2011 - Day 1

I managed to watch 2 movies out of 3 on the first day of regular viewing of Eiga Sai. There were tons of people but I was ready for it. Too bad though, when I got out after the first movie and lined up for to next one, the line was too long already that the I only managed to get tickets for the 3rd movie. Oh well.. can't be helped I guess.

So a puny-review (because I'm so tired) of the movies I watched:

The Chef Of South Polar (南極料理人)

very entertaining, such memorable characters, highly recommended. Lol'ed a lot of times on this one, I'll probably download it some time and watch it again. The main character's daughter is the shit.

The Summit: A Chronicle of Stones (剱岳 点の記)

slow bro-mance movie but rewarding, especially the twist at the end.
